The story about Sun City Air Conditioning began in 1993 when Stuart Gordon started the business.

Through hard work, strong word-of-mouth referrals, and a commitment to doing every job properly, Sun City Air Conditioning quickly built a loyal customer base. Jay leads the Sun City Air Conditioning installation team, overseeing projects from initial consultation through to final quality checks. He works closely with customers, suppliers, and technicians to ensure every installation runs smoothly, efficiently, and to the highest standard. As a qualified refrigeration mechanic with more than 10 years of industry experience, Jay brings strong technical expertise, leadership, and attention to detail to every project.

Service Manager

Andrew Jones

Andrew is Sun City Air Conditioning’s Service Manager overseeing our field service team – providing both technical and operational guidance to our field technicians. Andrew works closely with our technicians, customers and suppliers to ensure we get the right technical outcomes – and that every air conditioning unit is returned to and kept in working condition. Andrew has over 30 years experience in the industry – much if it inhouse with the major air conditioning manufacturers.

Repair Technician

Connor Murdoch

Connor is one of Sun City Air Conditioning's senior repair technicians, with more than 12 years of experience servicing and repairing air conditioning systems across Brisbane. As a qualified refrigeration mechanic, Craig specialises in diagnosing complex faults and delivering reliable long-term repair solutions. He also plays an important mentoring role within the business, supporting and guiding younger technicians as they continue developing their industry skills.

Tate Mitchell

Tate is a valued senior member of the Sun City Air Conditioning installation team, bringing extensive hands-on experience across residential and commercial projects. As a qualified refrigeration mechanic with more than seven years of industry experience, Tate specialises in installing and working on all major brands and types of air conditioning systems.

Shared Services Manager

Jasmine Garrett

Jasmine leads our back office team. The back office team is responsible for the 1000’s of transactions that happen every month to ensure we can keep delivering in the field, such as : booking jobs, ordering parts, issuing service reports, paying suppliers, etc. Jasmine trains and supervises our office team members to ensure our back office delivery is at the same level as our field delivery. Jasmine is a degree qualified IT professional with over 15 years experience.
